It was like Rose Tyler fell out of the sky, and Amy was determined to be her friend.#They would tell stories about how the Doctor changed their lives #swap notes on the regenerations and their quirks #Amy would tell Rose about the time the TARDIS became Idris and then Rose would tell her about the time she looked into the heart of the TARDIS and absorbed the time vortex #They’d paint each other’s nails while Rose talks about why Mickey didn’t work out but how the Doctor worked oh so well and Amy would explain how she was confronted with growing up and choosing the love of her life over her imaginary friend #Rose would recall both times she lost the Doctor and Amy would tell her the story about how she brought the Doctor back from non-existence #They contrast in so many beautiful ways that make their similarities all the more poignant #Amy and Rose are potential best friends that will never meet
